September Q&A

Smile, There’s Bubbly!

A mimosa is a staple at any brunch (at least they are at my house!) but it is a drink that works for a variety of occasions. One of my best friends recently got engaged, so I have naturally been racking my brain for simple bridal shower ideas and I love the mimosa bar concept. It allows guests to choose different juices and fruit to pair with their champagne, making it a bit more fun and interactive.

The juice possibilities are endless! Orange juice is a classic staple, but pineapple mango and raspberry lemonade offer some fun alternatives. Plus the colors help liven up the display. Fresh fruit is always a great addition, so I cut up very thin orange slices, strawberries, peaches and fresh blackberries. Adding simple touches like hang tags on the juice carafes, a small chalk board sign and fresh flowers help to layer the look.
