I have talked a lot about my love for smoothies in the past because they are one of my favorite weekly breakfast items. This simple recipe is a great go to and can be made in minutes. I am trying to get in the habit of eating a healthy breakfast every morning and I definitely feel much better on days when I do. I pour this smoothie in a large mason jar with a handle, top with crunchy granola and fresh blueberries and eat it with a spoon on my way to work!
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 cup frozen raspberries
- 1 frozen banana
- 3 tbsp. plain greek yogurt
- 1 cup almond milk
- Pinch of cinnamon
- Top with granola and fresh blueberries
