It is hard to believe that Mother’s Day is this Sunday! This year in particular feels like time is going by faster than I can catch up. We usually don’t give my mom gifts, but instead make a nice card and enjoy a leisurely brunch together. This year I wanted to get her a little something extra and everyone knows my favorite gift to give is a candle. My mom prefers light scents with hints of floral so I knew when I smelled the new Gilded Magnolia collection by Votivo that I had a winner. I have talked about my love for Votivo in the past, specially their Pink Mimosa candles which I now order in bulk because I burn through them so quickly. In a world full of products, it can be hard to have brand loyalty, but I keep going back because of their consistency, affordability and their new scents!

I love that their candles come in an array of sizes. The small tins are perfect for traveling as are the mini glass votives. I also included the Gilded Magnolia diffuser because my mom likes to keep one in the living room. We have the same one in our bedroom and it is absolutely heavily. It lets off just enough scent, so it’s not overbearing or too perfumey. The soft magnolia scent makes me feel like I am back in Savannah. I put everything together in a nice box, which I wrapped in a pretty floral wrapping paper accented with a hand written hang tag. I hope you all have a wonderful Mother’s Day!
