I have talked about my love for funfetti cake numerous times and although it is essentially just a standard white cake, there is something about the addition of rainbow sprinkles that makes it more interesting. As much as I love making (and eating) funfetti cake, Daniel and I can’t finish a whole cake by ourselves so a simple bread is a better option for everyday baking. This soft crumble bread resembles pound cake with a light crunchy top and is packed with rainbow sprinkles. It’s easy to make and because it’s not a cake you don’t have to spend time frosting it!
