Pumpkin Spice Pancakes

Pancakes have always been one of my favorite breakfast foods. I am a pretty picky eater and don’t eat eggs so I always find myself gravitating towards a nice stack of hot fluffy pancakes. When I lived in Savannah I used to frequent J. Christopher’s particularly in the fall when they had their pumpkin spice pancakes on the menu. I loved these pancakes so much I would go to breakfast by myself (no shame) just to get them! Once I moved away, every time fall came around I had a craving for pumpkin spice pancakes so I decided to start making my own. If you love pumpkin spice as much as I do, I suggest making your own spice mixture that can be used in everything from pie to lattes. See the recipe for these delicious pancakes below.
