I hope you all had a wonderful and relaxing holiday! It has been so nice to take a couple days off to unplug and spend time with my family and friends. With Christmas already coming to an end and the new year just around the corner I always think about ways I want to improve my overall well being. I definitely don’t set strict resolutions, but instead think about my priorities and the direction I want to take things in the coming months. I look at this as an exciting time to make some changes and really focus on myself.
Even with the slew of holiday shopping in December, around the first of the year I like to update any worn out bedding and bath essentials such as towels and my robe. Sometimes these things have a way of going years without being replaced so I am trying to better about tossing them right when they start to lose their softness. I also like to update any workout gear to try and get me excited about exercise. This year I really would like to get into yoga as it has been a while since I have done it and think it would be very helpful for my overall state of mind. Below are some of my other favorites for feeling good after the craziness of the holidays!
