Incorporating Essential Oils

I have been on the hunt for a good oil diffuser for a while after reading about the benefits of incorporating essential oils into your home. I have really bad allergies and can get stuffy and sick easily, so I wanted a diffuser to help combat some of that. A lot of the options I was looking into didn’t look very sleek so I was thrilled to come across the Teo Diffuser by Pilgrim. It is made out of ceramic and wood, so it blends seamlessly with our decor and feels very stylish and high end.

I move the diffuser all around our apartment, but love having it in the living room or in the bedroom. I now have a routine of placing it on my nightstand and using the Zen at Home oil before getting into bed. It makes our room feel so serene and lets off a subtle but heavenly scent. I also love the lavender oil to help calm down and relax while falling asleep. Pilgrim diffusers are very quiet and allow you to set it up for a length of time, so I leave it on throughout the night and it turns itself off. Essential oils are fun to mix and create scents custom to your needs like relaxation, energy or cold relief.

Thank you to Pilgrim for partnering on this post.
