Warming Up Your Bedroom

I am always a sucker for changing up small details around our apartment. Even when I don’t purchase anything new, re styling a shelf or table can completely change a room for me. When fall and winter roll around I am all about cozying up every room by adding in simple layers that shed the lightness of the summer months. The first room I like to tackle is our bedroom and by brining back a couple of pieces I instantly felt like we were ready for some cooler weather.

I use white bedding all year long long, but I recently changed out our percale set for this linen duvet which added such a beautiful texture. I also brought our flax colored quilt back out to layer at the end of the bed. I use these large bags to store larger bedding pieces in the off season, which work wonderfully in a small space. I also put my favorite Jenni Kayne pillow back on the bed which feels like the perfect neutral layer. They no longer carry it, but I also love this and this. A layering of neutrals can make for such a cozy space while serving as a nice base for adding anything else in like seasonal decor.

Your coffee table isn’t the link you provided. I love Serena and Lily things but to ship to Canada I might as well give them one of my kidneys. Too bad more of your things aren’t way fair or amazon as they ship to Canada for free

I love your bedroom. Also the lightning you have really helps to brighten up the style of it.
