Happy Tuesday! I always love when Daniel has a long weekend and we get to spend more time together. It has been quite cold and dreary here, so it has also been a nice excuse to enjoy down time at home and catch up on work. This year already seems to be going by quickly and now that the craziness of the holidays is over, I have started to settle into my routine. I have slowly been working on some apartment projects I never got to last year and incorporating little moments into my week to have something to look forward to. It could be picking up some fresh flowers, trying a new recipe or adding a new scent into our living space. I wanted to bring back the “My World” series because I like sharing updates more in real time and keeping you in the loop of what I’m into right now.
CANDLE I’M BURNING
Astier De Villatte: I have been a longtime fan of this brand, but only over the past year has it become more of a staple. Their scent selection is incredibly unique and offers detailed descriptions of all the notes. One of my favorites is Mantes – La – Jolie that smells like fresh grass on a sunny spring day. This is so helpful when it is cold and rainy outside – it has me excited for warmer weather.
ACCESSORY I’M LOVING
Vintage Wood Trays: We finally have a dresser in our bedroom and one of the main pieces I wanted to add was a vintage wood tray to house all of my perfume bottles. I have been loving the look of antiqued burl wood!
SPLURGE WORTHY PIECE
Jenni Kayne Boyfriend Shirt: One of my favorite pieces of clothing is a comfy boyfriend style button down. They seem to go with everything, can be worn open with a tee underneath or tucked into jeans. This stripe style is adorable – also remember you can get 20% your Jenni Kayne purchase with code CHRISSY20!
St. Agni Blazer: The designs from St. Agni continue to get added to my wish list. Their pieces feel so easy, yet tailored and polished. I have had my eye on this double breasted blazer in a crisp white linen!
WHAT I’M LISTENING TO
Wilder Woods: THIS album… so soothing and beautiful! I love turning it on to kickstart my day or have it playing in the kitchen while I cook dinner.
Artisan Vase Collection: Pottery Barn has been one of my favorite spots to get vases over the past year. Their collections look very high end and often have a vintage component to them at a fraction of the cost. You can currently get free shipping on this with code: REFRESH
