I posted a photo of my perfume tray yesterday on Instagram stories and got a bunch of questions on my go to fragrances. Perfume has long been one of my favorite beauty accents to buy. I don’t feel complete in the morning or before bed without a spritz of my favorite scent. I completely belive that you can gain a confidence just from the scent you are wearing. Although I have a big collection I wear the same few every day and have a couple of heavier options for the evening.

Byredo: Mojave Ghost

I have been wearing this scent for years and will never tire it. Like all Byredo scents, it feels incredibly unique. I love how subtle this is – I often forget I am wearing it, but it is hands down the one I get the most questions about and compliments on. I often get asked how you can smell these scents in person because not every store carries the samples. I always go to Space NK or Bloomingdales, but you can buy a small sample or the rollerball version online. They aren’t cheap, but maybe worth it if you are unsure or want to try a few different options.

Jo Malone: Orange Blossom

Another one of my daily options. Orange blossom is my favorite scent from Jo Malone, I love the perfume and the candle version. It smells so fresh and works all year long. It is such a good layering scent because the light citrus pairs so well with an array of scents. Plus Kate Middleton loves it so you know its good!

Jo Malone: Poppy & Barley

This subtle woody scent is so beautiful! I wear it every week, but not every day. I love pairing it with Orange Blossom and it isn’t too heavy to wear as an everyday perfume. I will also note a lot of my other perfumes are from Jo Malone limited collections. Those always go so fast and are some of my favorite scents that I use sparingly. Be on the lookout because they come out with a few different ones throughout the year!

Diptyque: Eau Rose

I was never a huge fan of rose scents, but I got this last year with the matching hand cream. It quickly became a favorite of mine to spray on after the shower or before bed. It is such a soft rose that doesn’t smell powdery (my nightmare with perfumes!) or artificial. I have also found it lasts all day!

Le Labo: Santal 33

This is an incredibly popular fragrance for good reason. It really does last all day and is the most heavenly rich santal scent. It is quite expensive, but a little bit goes a long way and it comes in a few different sized bottles. Perfect for an everyday or evening scent!

{For evening scents I always love a heavier Chanel fragrance. I have worn Chance since high school and it is still one of my favorites!}
