I recently shared our bedroom and had mentioned that there was so much I wanted to do to it, but was going to hold off in order to save money until we get a home. I have kept our bedroom very simple and neutral because I don’t get bored by it and it works well with the limited space we have. A reader had asked how I would design my bedroom in the future, so I wanted to share a serene bedroom that is a little more layered. For me a room design depends so much on the actual setting, but I envision airiness with more color, pattern and varying wood tones. I like that this design would work well with a deep green wall color, wallpaper or something bright like a soft white.
