With an onslaught of holiday parties coming up my friend Torrey Fox and I got together to make incredibly easy cocktails with a festive touch. The holidays are supposed to be a magical time of year, but are often stress inducing and fly by far too quickly. I like to savor this special time of year by having small get togethers where people can just eat, drink and relax, including myself. This does not involve me being in the kitchen for hours or crafting messy cocktails throughout the night. This Champagne and St. Germain combination is as easy as they come, but when paired with a pretty glass and fresh garnish it looks like you put more work in.

Champagne St. Germain Cocktail

• Chilled Champagne
• Chilled St Germain
• Fresh Rosemary Sprigs
• Juniper Berries

 

Fill 1/3 of champagne flute with St. Germain top with chilled champagne. Garnish with a long fresh rosemary sprig and/or fresh juniper berries.
