Happy Halloween! This is such an exciting day for many reasons. After a few weeks of a hiatus I am so happy to reveal the new website design thanks to the amazing team at With Grace and Gold. Andra and Kelly really helped develop my vision into a beautiful branding package. After starting my blog this past March I didn’t expect things to move so quickly, but the old design felt like it needed a refresh. I can’t wait to bring more content to all of you and would love to hear anything you would like to see. Whether it is a recipe, DIY tutorial or interior design tips feel free to send me an email!

I am finally sharing my New England itinerary this week starting with the gorgeous town of Woodstock, Vermont. I took so many photos on this trip and we moved around a lot, but Woodstock was one of those places that I had to take pictures of everything, every door step and every pumpkin. It is so picturesque and manicured, I felt like we were on a movie set. I had been waiting to go on this trip for a majority of my life and it far exceeded my expectations.

Woodstock is the perfect combination of farm land and small town. Compared to some of the other places we stayed in Vermont this felt very cozy. It was one of the places I was looking forward to going to most because of destinations like Sleepy Hollow Farm, Farmhouse Pottery and the renowned Woodstock Inn.

There is no shortage of quaint shops and restaurants in Woodstock, so we spent a lot of time just walking around town and going into each store. On our last day, we decided to go to Sugarbush Farm. Here we got to see adorable animals (if you follow me on Snapchat you saw Daniel really bond with a baby cow), do a maple syrup tasting and see how syrup is extracted from the maple trees. This is a family owned and operated farm with sweeping views of the mountains and all the fall foliage. It’s worth it just for the beautiful drive out to the farm.

We had a wonderful lunch at The Woodstock Inn, but stayed at the Kedron Valley Inn, a charming historic bed and breakfast located about a mile outside of downtown. It was quiet and peaceful surrounded by trees and located next to the Woodstock Country Store. In the evenings we sat outside on the large porch, sipping wine and watching the leaves fall around us (talk about relaxing!)
