My Favorite Picture Frames

I was recently asked if I could put a post together with some of my go to picture frames including gallery style for hanging on the wall or with a back to prop up on a table. My go to frame is the Wood Gallery from Pottery Barn. You can see them throughout my apartment in just about every finish. They are well made, cost effective and look so pretty hanging up or leaning (my preference over traditional upright frames). I also love that they come in the oversized mat option too. You can see more of my favorites below!

I also really like these metal Room & Board frames for larger art. Pictured above with Floral artwork.

I love how you’re always switching your living room gallery wall up. How do you deal with the nail holes when switching out the pieces? Do you fill and repaint each time you switch pieces around?

    • Hi Melissa, Thank you so much!

The last time I had a gallery wall, we had a different wall color so before painting the new color I did spackle the nail holes. In between though, I just used larger art to cover most of the holes and occasionally fill them if I need to!

Thanks so much! My hubby always stresses when I want to move things around thinking we have to fill every little nail Mark. I think he’s the only one who even notices! haha
