I hope anyone who celebrates had a wonderful Thanksgiving! It was so nice to take time off and step away from my computer a bit to spend time with family and friends. Daniel and I plan on cutting our Christmas tree down next weekend, which is when I will start fully decorating for the holidays. I wanted to wait for Thanksgiving to pass to get in the holiday mood, but I started pulling out some festive accents that have made a big difference.
We recently replaced our jute rug with this beauty from Lulu & Georgia and it instantly made our living room feel much cozier. The wool is much softer to the touch than a natural fiber and I love how the subtle pattern livens up the room. To bring in some more color I added these pillows and this which pair perfectly with a wreath in the window. I also threw a sheepskin on the sofa and a chunky throw on the the arm to bring in some more pretty texture. Lulu & Georgia are having great Cyber Monday deals today where you can get up to 30% off! I always like to take advantage of these sales to get something larger like a rug or piece of furniture that may be pricer. Some of the pieces I have are out of stock, but you can sign up for the waitlist to get informed when they come back in.

Hi Kristen – it’s an old Dovetail table. I have a very similar one linked on My Apartment shop page!
