Dreamy Stay At Hotel Yountville

Ah, Yountville! This little town nestled in the heart of the Napa Valley is a must see if you are visiting the area. I recently went a on a one night girls getaway with my friend Jen (check out her gorgeous blog Freckles on Fillmore) and our favorite photographer, Torrey to stay at Hotel Yountville. This hotel has been at the top of my list forever! After just a few minutes on the property, it lived up to all of my expectations.

It all starts with the perfect location, situated at the end of Washington Street right as you enter town. It makes the property so serene and incredibly peaceful, especially in the fall. This is the perfect spot all year long, but in the fall and winter it feels extra cozy. This is only amplified by the stunning interior details seen throughout the hotel. High vaulted ceilings, large stone fireplaces and pretty bathtubs all help to make the rooms feel like a fancy home away from home.

{Seriously need this bed situation in my life!}

Not only the rooms exude coziness, but the entire property itself. The pool and spa space really feel like being in Europe. Details like the stone facade, giant olive trees and overall landscaping instantly transports you. The spa offers an array of relaxing treatments, including some that are as quick as 30 minutes to jumpstart or end your day on the right note. I also highly recommend heading to Lucy, the restaurant at their sister hotel the Bardessono. Although it was a chilly fall night, we sat outside under the heaters for a delicious meal. Wine always helps warm you up! Bonus – Hotel Yountville has a shuttle to take you into town and pick you up after dinner. They also have bikes you can ride around the property or into town while you are staying there.

Since this was a girls trip, I am so excited to head back up to Hotel Yountville with Daniel in the New Year. We love walking around Yountville and trying out new restaurants and hitting up our all time favorite, Bouchon Bakery for morning pastries. There is nothing like getting out of town for a quick trip. Heading up to wine country always makes me feel extremely relaxed and staying at a hotel as charming as Hotel Yountville only heightens the experience.
