I am so excited for the change in season which always has me switching things up around our place. Once fall arrives (even if it is 70 degrees outside) I like to start adding the cozy layers that make this time of year at home so enjoyable. I LOVE this table lamp and that the pretty scalloped shade comes with the base. It is a really nice quality and the shade still allows plenty of light to come through. I added this to the corner of the kitchen which adds such a nice decorative and functional element.
Spruce Street Slipcovered Chair

The perfect breezy slipcovered chair and it is incredibly comfortable! I literally just got this, so the slipcover still need a bit more time to fully relax, but I love the less tailored look. The slipcover is so easy to remove and can be dry cleaned which is amazing with the light color. I went with Belgian Linen in Oyster – which still looks VERY white. The bright white looked way too stark in our place so this has a bit of warmth without being yellow. Since I know I will likely get asked how I will keep this clean with a black cat – I have been using this vacuum with the pet hair attachment and have been so happy with it. I have already used it on this chair and the rubber grips pick up all the hair with ease without messing up upholstery.

I always come back to linen bedding, at least when it comes to a duvet cover. I have tried a lot of different options and this one has to be my favorite (and the Positano if you don’t love the flange detail). S&L linen bedding washes so well – it truly softens after the first wash and only gets better.

After years of being very anti top sheet – this set has converted me! The scalloped detail is so pretty folded over the duvet. There are 100% cotton sateen and feel so soft and breathable. Honestly the pairing with the linen duvet is so classic for every season and will definitely be a staple around here.
