A scalloped trim design detail is hardly a new concept, but is has absolutely blossomed in design over the past few years. Some trends tend to wear out their welcome after enough time, but this one remains strong. Not only is it still wildly popular, but I have found there are so many good quality options both vintage and new to bring scallops into your home and wardrobe while still feeling timeless. I think the biggest thing with any trend is to incorporate in small doses instead of going completely overboard. Whether it is a lamp shade, a mirror or a stunning marble sink – scallops are here to stay and are still so charming!
