Things Of Note This Past Week

Lately I have been in the midst of major spring cleaning and purging around my apartment. A few times a year when I deep clean my space I like to refresh some tired items and add a few new pieces. I had been meaning to purchase more of my everyday drinking glasses which have been a longtime favorite. I recently dropped one while hand washing so I added a couple to be on the safe side. I love that these are handmade so none are the exact same height. I also found these beauties at World Market, which I shared on Instagram this week. If you are a fan of the always classic French Wine Glass, but are looking for something slightly bigger – these are ideal! Great to use for wine or as water goblets.

Sunny spring days make me think of fresh scents and I am always on the hunt for good affordable candles. I was so happy when Votivo sent me their latest scent, White Tea & Bergamot to try out. It smells SO good and I have been burning non stop. Such a nice blend of fragrance including White Tea, Lemon, Fig along with Lily of the Valley.

I hadn’t shopped from Madewell in a bit, but lately their new releases have been great! Their woven and straw bags are beautiful and feel well made for the price point. I also love their selection of classic dresses and sandals.

Another retailer I find myself shopping at more lately is the Gap. It has always been a go to for basics like sweats, but I forgot how much I love their super soft bralettes. I live in these at home and love that they never pinch or roll up.
